HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER



Payment Types Accepted

  • PayPal (US and International)
  • Visa or Mastercard when ordering by phone. (US ONLY)
  • Google CheckOut when ordering by phone, fax, or e-mail. Once we receive your order, we will e-mail you an invoice. Simply follow the link provided in the email, and sign in to Google Checkout to confirm payment and shipping details.
  • Check, Money Order or C.O.D.(US ONLY)

How To Order

PayPal (US and International Orders):
Click on any "Add to Cart" button(s) to order. This will open up the PayPal cart in a new window or tab. After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgment that your order has been placed. At that time, Hang-It R/C will receive your order for processing. If you do not receive an acknowledgment, you may contact us to verify.

Please Note: You are NOT required to have a PayPal account to process your order via PayPal with a credit card.

Visa or Mastercard (US Orders ONLY):
If you would like to pay by Visa or Mastercard, you may place your order by calling us:

Check, Money Order or C.O.D. (US Orders ONLY):
If you are planning to pay by check, money order or C.O.D., you may place your order in one of the following ways:
  • Phone us at 1-615-337-7289
  • Print out the online order form and fax to us at 1-866-485-1458.
  • Print out the online order form. and mail to us.
  • Complete the online order form and
  • E-mail it to sales@hangitrc.com.
Please be sure to include your contact information, including your phone number and e-mail address on the form. After we receive your order, we will send you an e-mail acknowledgment. The acknowledgment will include your order details and applicable shipping charges. If you do not have e-mail, that's ok, we will call you.

Please understand that orders will not be shipped until payment has been received and cleared.

Google Checkout (US orders ONLY):
If you would like to pay via Google Checkout, you may place your order in one of the following ways:

  • Print out the online order form and fax to us at 1-866-485-1458.
  • Print out the online order form and mail to us.
Please be sure to include your contact information, including your e-mail address on the form. After we receive your order, we will generate an invoice and email to you. When you receive the invoice, simply follow the link provided in the email, and sign in to Google Checkout to confirm payment and shipping details.



Taxes

Hang-It R/C collect applicable sales tax on merchandise in those states where it is legally obligated to do so. In other states, you are responsible for remitting any applicable sales/use tax on merchandise directly to the appropriate state.

Hang-It R/C shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders within the state of Tennessee. For orders to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.


International Orders

Orders must be paid via PayPal. The total shipping charge will be determined by weight of total order and shipping destination. Your country may require you to pay customs fees and/or duty when you receive the shipment. Due to varying government regulations, we are unable to provide an estimate of those charges. We ask that you refer to the tools provided by your country to calculate the additional charges which will be added to your shipment at the time of delivery.

Backorders

Our online "In Stock" status is updated each night. If an item sells out before the nightly update, it will still show "In Stock". In this case, if you placed an order for an item(s) that is actually out of stock, the order will be processed as "backordered" and you will be notified via e-mail. A backordered item is an item that we carry, but is currently out of stock. When we put your item(s) on backorder, we will automatically ship the item(s) to you when we receive the stock. We will notify you via e-mail that the item is "in stock" and the estimated shipping date.

If you order contains item(s) that are "in stock" and item(s) that are on "backorder", we will go ahead and ship the "in stock" item(s) to you. You will never be charged additional shipping for the items that are on "backorder".

Price Changes

Price, specification, or special/featured item offer on our website is subject to change without notice. Sale prices on the web site may be withdrawn at any time.



Change or Cancel Your Order

If you have placed an order and need information about it, there are a number of ways you may contact us. Please note that we begin processing your order immediately after receiving it, changes may not always be possible. If your order has been shipped, you will not be able to cancel your oder.
